For Federal Offices:
Representative in the U.S. House | Must be at least 25 years old, a citizen for at least 7 years, and a resident of the state you represent |
Senator in the U.S. Senate | Must be at least 30 years old, a citizen for at least 9 years, and a resident of the state you represent |
President / Vice President of the United States | Must be at least 35 years old, a natural-born citizen, and a U.S. resident for at least 14 years |
